12-hydroxyl-stearic acid

A dimercaptothiadiazole dimer containing ester groups was synthesized,and its tribological performance as the antiwear additive of 12-hydroxystearate lithium grease was evaluated on a four-ball tester and the friction surface of the steel ball after test was also investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscope(EDS).

合成了含酯基的二巯基噻二唑二聚物,采用四球试验机考察了其在12-羟基硬脂酸锂基脂中作为极压抗磨剂的摩擦学性能,并采用XPS、SEM和EDS分析了摩擦表面的特性。
