In this paper, the price formation of natural fuel in the recovery production of small blast furnace in Baguan River Hard-Wearing Cast Plant and prices of cast pig iron in the major cities of the mainland were briefly introduced; cost of production in the recovery production of this blast furnace was bugeted and analyzed ; ways to decrease its cost were put forward.
