采用二步碳化法制备出了优质粗晶WC粉末,该粉末具有化合碳高,游离碳低,为单一相,有害杂质含量少,晶粒均匀,晶内亚晶尺寸均匀,不含显微缺陷,较低的位错密度等特性,并解决了WC炸裂问题。
